Let me express my extraordinary praise in purchasing the Waterpik WP660 just before the holidays.
With the holidays approaching, I spotted a desire in the family for a Waterpik mouth shower, and I immediately went into action and looking to buy it.
Since I was "a little" disappointed, as there is not an abundance of offers, I came across your pharmacy website on your website.
So I first called for the first time and the gentleman (unfortunately I don't remember the name) called me and explained to me in a nice way about the difficult delivery of the item, and promised to help and do his best to deliver until Christmas. We agreed to talk to each other the next day.
We really heard from each other and the gentleman told me nicely that it will probably not be possible to deliver the item, but he still said that there is a possibility that another delivery is expected. Otherwise, I was not disappointed at all, as I would have waited for the item after the holidays anyway.
However, the gentleman said that he would call me the next day and I really received a call this morning and I am glad to hear that the item has arrived and will be sent to my address the same day, for which I also received an email about the order.

For such perseverance and help in arranging delivery in such a short time, especially in these pre-holiday days, I can only say "Hats off" a unique experience and worth mentioning, compared to the experience from the local store where these sellers look like I came for something and in this store i got a feeling of literal unwantedness with the seller's signature "What the hell are you tiring me up for".

My person's motto is "Everything is possible if you want" and the experience of buying in your online store has confirmed this.
So I will recommend to everyone and everyone to buy from you, because I think that in Slovenia you can rarely find such support today, where sellers / owners are not only interested in profit but also focus on the customer individually.

To the Lord who arranged my order no. 1079 congratulations with a big Č and I wish him many more successful realizations of orders. Anyway, I also made a note and I will definitely be in your place one day and I will also come to thank you personally.
