What happens when we give up the desire for sweets during weight loss? We succeed for a few days, and then in the middle of the night we attack the biggest chocolate, thus nullifying all the effort so far. What if we tackled weight loss differently this time? By preparing that the diet will definitely be successful and, for example, by eating desserts that don’t breed? Sonja Kramar, the author of the blog Sinless Desserts, entrusted us with some recipes for them.

FRESH BLUEBERRY CAKE

Ingredients for a cake model with a diameter of 18 cm:

For the base:

120 g of dates

80 g of dried apples

40 g locust beans

For cream:

200 g of blueberries

70 g of dates

2 bananas

Preparation:

1. For the base, soak the dates and apples in water to soften them, and grind them into a paste in a multipractice. Then add the locusts and stir until you get a thick mass. Push the dough with your fingers to the bottom of the cake model.

2. For the blueberry cream, grind the blueberries and dates in a blender or multipractice. If you have frozen blueberries, thaw them beforehand and soak the dates in water if necessary to soften them.

3. Cut the bananas into 0.5 cm rings. Place pieces of one sliced banana on the cake batter and spread with half of the blueberry cream. Then place a layer of another sliced banana over the blueberry cream and pour over the rest of the blueberry cream. Decorate the cake with coconut flakes if desired.

Caloric value of the cake: 1120 kcal

This can be prevented by starting to consume nutrients before losing weight, which in one way or another strengthen the body and prepare it for new adventures. Acerola, which is extremely rich in vitamin C, can be very helpful in this. As well as mate, the herb, which research has found to speed up fat consumption, helps with weight loss and a clear mind. Artichoke is also very useful both before and during weight loss, as it stimulates digestion, which is very welcome for losing extra pounds. With good digestion, weight loss is much easier.

SWEETS DO NOT NEED TO GIVE UP

Another mistake that makes most diets unsuccessful, however, is the fact that people opt for too radical changes during weight loss that they are neither willing nor able to take into account in the long run. Instead of completely giving up the food you adore the most and losing the will to lose weight before you really start dieting, simply adjust your menu a bit. if your Achilles heels are, for example, desserts, that doesn’t mean you have to say goodbye to them. Be sure to give up white sugar and unhealthy sweets, which contain it in abundance and are calorie bombs. Instead, you can reach for delicious non-caloric desserts without a guilty conscience. Somehow stay with one serving. However, since we need a good recipe for such a change for the better, Sonja Kramar, the author of Sinless Desserts, whose blog was chosen as the healthiest food blog in Slovenia, told us something like that. We present her recipes for desserts that we can also afford while losing weight.

SINLESS GROWTH WITH CHERRIES

Ingredients for baking pan size 26x26cm:

100 g of cornmeal

100 g of coconut flakes

2 ripe medium-sized bananas (apples can also be used)

2.5 dl of rice milk

1/2 teaspoon baking soda 300 g cherries

Preparation:

To grow, mash the bananas and all the ingredients except the cherries, mix well in a bowl and pour the mass into a baking dish. Grated apples can also be used instead of bananas. Then arrange the cherries on top. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius, about half an hour.

Caloric value: 1420 kcal

SINLESS ICE CREAM: STRACCIATELLA

Ingridients:

2 ripe bananas

knife tip granules of real vanilla

2 teaspoons cocoa beans

2 tablespoons warm water

Preparation:

Peel a banana and freeze it overnight (or at least for 4-6 hours). Put the frozen ones in a blender or multipractice, pour two tablespoons of warm water over them and wait 5-10 minutes for them to thaw a little. Add the vanilla grains and start grinding at low speed, gradually increasing. Grind until you get a creamy thick ice cream. Towards the end of grinding, add cocoa beans. Pour the ice cream into cups and serve immediately.

Caloric value: 225 kcal
